There is no discount code to hunt for at Quick Airport Transfers, and you do not need one. Every journey is quoted as one fixed price before you book, so the best way to get good value is to know exactly what that price covers, choose the right vehicle and book in good time. This guide explains how.
At a glance: what is and is not included
Included in your fixed price:
- the journey you booked, at a price agreed before you travel;
- airport parking and drop-off or pick-up charges;
- any congestion charge on your route;
- flight tracking on airport pickups, so your pickup time moves with your flight;
- 45 minutes of free waiting from the time your flight lands;
- child seats, on request and subject to availability.
Only if you choose it:
- Meet & Greet inside the arrivals hall: £10.
What your fixed price already includes
The price you are quoted is the price you pay for the journey you booked. It already includes:
- airport parking and the airport’s drop-off or pick-up charge;
- any congestion charge that applies to your route;
- 45 minutes of free waiting time from the moment your flight lands, on airport pickups;
- flight tracking, so if you land early or late your pickup time moves with your flight at no extra cost.
Those airport charges are worth knowing about. In 2026, dropping someone off outside the terminal costs £7 per visit at Heathrow, £10 for the first 10 minutes at Gatwick, £10 for up to 15 minutes at Stansted, £9 for 12 minutes at Luton and £5.50 for up to 5 minutes at Manchester Terminal 2 (figures from each airport’s official website, checked October 2026). With a fixed-price transfer you never pay them on top.
The extras you choose
Only one thing costs extra, and only if you ask for it:
- Meet & Greet (£10): your driver waits for you inside the arrivals hall and helps you to the car. Without it, you meet your driver at the airport’s pickup point, and we email you their name, mobile number and vehicle registration once your booking is confirmed.
Child seats are free of charge. Tick the Baby / Child Seat option when you book and tell us the child’s age. They are subject to availability, so book as early as you can if you need one.
Choose the right vehicle for your group
Booking a car that is too small means a second car or a squeeze; booking one that is too big means paying for space you do not need. You book a class of vehicle rather than a particular model:
- Saloon (VW Passat or similar): up to 4 passengers, 2 large cases and 2 hand bags.
- Business Class (Mercedes S-Class or similar): up to 4 passengers, 2 large cases and 2 hand bags.
- MPV 6 (Seat Alhambra or similar): up to 5 passengers, 3 large cases and 2 hand bags.
- MPV 8 (VW Transporter or similar): up to 8 passengers, 8 large cases and 8 hand bags.

Book early for the car you want
You can book up to 45 minutes before your pickup, but most airport transfers are booked days or weeks ahead. Booking early gives you the widest choice of vehicle, which matters most for early-morning flights, school holidays and larger groups needing an MPV.
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup
Booking early does not tie you down. You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations between 30 minutes and 2 hours before pickup incur a 70% charge, and under 30 minutes is non-refundable. If your flight is cancelled or moved, call us as soon as you know and we will change your booking.
Pay by card or in cash
Pay securely by card when you book, or pay your driver in cash at the end of the journey. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details.
