What Counts as Luggage

Large case: one medium-size checked suitcase — height plus width no more than 158 cm (62 in), weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb).

Hand bag: cabin-size luggage, about 56 × 45 × 25 cm (22 × 17.5 × 9.85 in).

These are the sizes in our terms of service. Anything bigger may not fit, so please call us before you book.

Special Items & Child Seats

Baby and child seats are free. Tick the Baby / Child Seat option when you book and tell us the child’s age in the notes. They are subject to availability, so book early if you need one.

We always aim to send the class of vehicle you booked. Occasionally, depending on availability, you may be sent a larger one.

Pick by passengers and luggage. Saloon and Business Class each take up to 4 passengers with 2 large cases and 2 hand bags; MPV6 takes 5 passengers with 4 large and 4 hand; MPV8 takes 7 passengers with 8 large and 8 hand. (The number in the name is the vehicle’s total seats — one of those is the driver’s.) Enter your real numbers on the quote form and anything too small is greyed out automatically. You book a class of vehicle rather than a particular model, so your car will be the one shown or a similar model in the same class. Occasionally, depending on availability, you may be sent a larger vehicle.

It depends on the vehicle: Saloon and Business Class take 2 large cases and 2 hand bags, MPV 6 takes 4 of each, and MPV 8 takes 8 of each. A large case is one checked suitcase of up to 23 kg; a hand bag is cabin size. Anything bigger may not fit, so please call us before you book.

Yes — tick the Baby / Child Seat option when you book and tell us the child’s age in the notes so we fit the right one. Child seats are free of charge. They are subject to availability, so please book as early as you can if you need one.
