Manchester changed a lot in 2025. Terminal 1 has closed, and the airport now runs two terminals. Your driver takes you to the right one, and collects you from the right one when you land.
The newly expanded main terminal, and the one most passengers now use. Most airlines fly from here, from short-haul holiday flights to long-haul routes.
Home to Ryanair and some other airlines. It grew in 2026 to take in part of the old Terminal 1 building, including its entrance and security hall.
Terminal 1 has closed. If an older booking or confirmation mentions it, check with your airline — or simply add your flight number when you book and we will match you to the right terminal.
